Every year, three extra quiet-season nights, bookable up to 14 days ahead when a duplex is free. More nights at the member rate too.
Send your parents or your grown children in your place. Weeks may not be rented out or sold.
Transfer the membership to someone else with our approval, for the years that remain.

No. You do not buy a share of the property and there are no levies. You pay a fixed, published amount for five holiday weeks over five years. The agreement ends after 60 months.

You can cancel within 5 business days of signing for a full refund. After that you may cancel with 20 business days' written notice, subject to a reasonable cancellation charge set out in the agreement, as the Consumer Protection Act allows.
No. Membership weeks are for you, your family and guests you name. They may not be rented out or sold to third parties.
Each stay includes linen, towels and a full clean on departure. A mid-stay clean can be added.
The joining fee by EFT, then a monthly debit order you authorise with your bank.
